Communication Skills in English for Educators
The “Communication Skills in English for Educators” training program is designed to equip participants with the essential tools and techniques for effective communication in various educational settings. Over the course of five days, educators will delve into the fundamentals of communication, exploring both verbal and non-verbal cues, active listening, and the art of asking meaningful questions. Practical sessions focus on enhancing classroom communication, fostering engagement among students, and navigating interactions with parents and colleagues. Through interactive activities, role-playing exercises, and reflective discussions, participants will develop the confidence and skills necessary to create inclusive learning environments, facilitate productive discussions, and establish strong partnerships with parents and peers. Ultimately, this program aims to empower educators to communicate with clarity, empathy, and professionalism, thereby enhancing their effectiveness in the classroom and beyond.

Preparation:
Before the course,
- A detailed pre-course questionnaire to indicate their level of experience, teaching backgrounds, and training will be completed by participants.
- They will also prepare a presentation to reflect their own teaching method.
Validation:
- A course participation certificate will be given to all participants.
- A Europass Mobility Certificate will be given if the participant demands it, as well.
