1st Week

Ensuring the order and cleaning of the patient room.

Making the bed of the patient

Taking measures to ensure patient safety,

Giving the medicines included in the patient’s treatment plan to the patient,

Helping to meet the needs of the patient regarding personal care and cleaning,

Observing the patient’s skin integrity and documenting this,

Ensuring that patients are prepared for examination, test and treatment,

Taking protective actions to prevent bed sores,

2nd Week

Helping the patient to perform daily life activities

Assisting the urination of the patient who cannot get out of bed or is not deemed appropriate,

Emptying and replacing the patient’s urinary bladder,

Taking a non-sterile urine sample from the patient,

Helping eating in accordance with the nutrition program,

Monitoring daily weight in patients who need weight monitoring,

Helping the patient walk and move,

Giving the appropriate position for patients with limited range of motion,

Ensuring that the exercise program planned for the patient is applied to the patient.
