GUIDE TO EMOTIONAL RESILIENCE & WELL BEING THROUGH MINDFULNESS

You can control your wellbeing and mental health by practicing mindfulness. Some
individuals refer to mental health as “wellbeing” or “emotional wellbeing.” Everybody has low
points, stressful situations, or moments of fear. While these emotions typically pass, they can
occasionally turn into more significant issues. Anyone can experience this.

Teachers who regularly practice mindfulness may find it easier to identify their emotional
tendencies and actively control their behavior, responding as they would like rather than
reflexively reacting.

According to a recent study, teaching children mindfulness education strategies to relax
their body and mind can reduce the harmful impacts of stress and boost their capacity for
engagement, enabling them to stay on track academically and refrain from bad behavior.
