PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR EU FUNDED PROJECTS
The discipline of planning, carrying out, and finishing projects is known as PROJECT MANAGEMENT. Project managers accomplish this by directing their teams and managing resources utilizing a variety of approaches, processes, and tools.
Organizations that don’t value project management report 67 percent more unsuccessful projects, according to PMI. The same study also reveals that bad project management wastes investments by 11%.

Preparation:
Before the course,
- A detailed pre-course questionnaire to indicate their level of experience, teaching backgrounds, and training will be completed by participants.
- They will also prepare a presentation to reflect their own teaching method.
Validation:
- A course participation certificate will be given to all participants.
- A Europass Mobility Certificate will be given if the participant demands it, as well.
